Songs That Get Stuck In My Head

I have a song stuck in my head today so I thought I would share it with all of you in an attempt to get it out.



Do you remember the 1996 version of Romeo and Juliet with Claire Danes and Leonardo DiCaprio? I think that was the first time I heard this song.  I also think it was the only DiCaprio movie from that era I really liked and I have a very strong desire to watch it after listening to this song.

I wonder if it holds up after all this time?

    I love that song too. I only really discovered The Cardigans a few years back when I heard Communication on a fanmix online, then proceeded to go out and buy everything by them that I could find. :-)

Spooktacular Giveaway Hop

When I was much younger than I am now, I loved nothing more that a good "spooky" story.  I spent many nights laying up in bed reading books that were designed to make your skin crawl and leave you with goose bumps. My personal favourite author for Young Adult Thrillers was and probably still is Christopher Pike.  Twenty years after reading his books some of them still stand out in my mind in perfect clarity.  The top one would be Remember Me. Something about Shari's story struck a chord with me that has echoed through the last twenty years, as any good book should I suppose. Sadly when I was a teenager I didn't hold on to as many books as I do now so I spend a lot of time hunting to replace the ones I really wish I had kept. (Sweet Valley High anyone?)
